Do you offer in-person or online therapy?

Yes. I offer in-person therapy sessions at my office in Eugene, Oregon, as well as secure online telehealth sessions for clients throughout the state of Oregon.

How often will we meet?

Individual clients typically meet with me once per week at a designated time that we select together. For relationship and couples counseling, session frequency can vary depending on your needs, goals, and scheduling availability.

What are your session fees?

Session fees range from $180 to $250, depending on the type and length of the session.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. I am an in-network provider with most PacificSource insurance plans. For other insurance plans, I can bill as an out-of-network provider.

Do you offer any discounts or alternative payment options?

Yes. I offer a cash discount for clients who pay in full at the time of service. I also accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards.

Do you accept Medicare?

No. I am not able to bill Medicare plans at this time.
