Hello and welcome,

In the years I’ve been doing this work, I’ve come to understand that therapy is not just a place to get support or gain insight but also an opportunity to experience deep and transformational healing. My intention during each session is to offer a welcoming space where you feel understood, can be yourself and come to trust that your needs will be given attention and care.

As chronic stress, unprocessed trauma, anxiety, relationship issues and other concerns take hold in our lives, we can act and think from old patterns that have habituated and limit our ability to respond as needed to the moment. Therapy can help you to rebuild relationships—ones you have with yourself, with others and with larger social systems—allowing you to find new clarity, trust and resilience.
